DESCRIPTION:WELCOME to the Günther Schütz Prize\nIn recognition of Prof.
  Dr. Günther Schütz’s inspirational mentoring and scientific achieveme
 nts\, the Schütz Family together with the German Cancer Research Center (
 DKFZ)\, the Chica and Heinz Schaller Foundation\, Schütz’s former colla
 borators\, colleagues\, and friends had decided to inaugurate a Günther S
 chütz Prize that will be awarded annually – and was awarded for the fir
 st time in 2023.\nThe Günther Schütz Prize will honor outstanding scient
 ific achievements and will be awarded to a young scientist working in biom
 edical research at the DKFZ or the University of Heidelberg where Günther
  Schütz taught\, mentored and performed research for more than 35 years.\
 nThe prize money of € 3.000\,00 (EUR three thousand) is intended to reco
 gnize young talent at early stage and support their career promotion.  \n
