Have a look at the PDF Booklet with speaker profiles and a lot of information and join us on zoom for talks and networking with DKFZ Alumni. There is also a Job Wall with relevant openings. The networking areas are hosted on wonder.me.

Dear young scientists,

As a researcher, the most rewarding feeling is getting your work to be noticed, and in the science community it happens through your publication. In addition, writing is an underestimated skill that you develop while doing your research.

Do you know that you can make an exceptional career out of Publishing? If you want to better understand the skills and qualifications needed for these kind of jobs or you want to explore a career option beyond a science lab, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Career Day Publishing will bring together DKFZ Alumni who now work as editors and publishers across commercial, public and open access publishing platforms as well as science writers to discuss about the diverse professional opportunities in the Publishing field. You’ll have an excellent opportunity to ask your questions and know more about it directly from the ones working in the area that you are aspiring to be in!

DO NOT miss this opportunity and join us for our “Career Day - Publishing” event on May 7, 2021 between 10 a.m – 5 p.m. (CEST). We are looking forward to seeing you virtually!
