The AI InScide Out unconference connects global experts with scientists within the Heidelberg AI network, fostering a lively exchange and discussions around the "advances, issues, and opportunities" of AI research in health, life, and natural science research.

Our aim is to provide a platform to forge new interdisciplinary collaborations, thus catalzying progress in the application of AI in diverse scientific fields.

Who should come?

The aim of this event is to push the boundaries of AI research through discussions of the technological advances, challenges, and opportunities arising at the interface of AI, life, and natural sciences. We therefore warmly invite AI scientists as well as scientific domain experts to attend.

Program

The first day of the conference will feature lightning talks, speaker sessions, posters, and keynote speakers to foster lively discussions and collaborations needed to enable data-driven discoveries that will change our understanding of the natural world.

The second day will feature deep dive sessions on topics selected by the participants, to identify challenges, state-of-the-art, and opportunities in advancing scientific knowledge with the power of AI.

Registration

Join us to exchange new ideas, share the latest insights, reflect on the setbacks and barriers faced, and discuss the most promising areas for future research.

Spaces are limited - so please register early. We look forward to your registrations by September 15.
