Join us for an interactive session on how to make your workplace more diverse, equitable and inclusive! Embracing and supporting diversity is key to the wellbeing of our employees and the success of our research and mission.

The event will start out with expert input from Jessica Gedamu, VP Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Springer Nature, followed by participative ideation workshops in which you can contribute to making our workplace more socially sustainable.

In her talk, Jessica will delve into the essence of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), discussing its significance for organizations and offering practical ways to initiate change. She will share actionable steps for both organizations and individuals to embark on this journey, highlighting the role of employee networks in fostering a more inclusive workplace for all.

Jessica leads Springer Nature's global DEI strategy as VP Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Before joining Springer Nature in 2018, Jessica worked as a DEI consultant, facilitator and project leader at EAF Berlin and supported companies in various industries during change processes towards more diversity in leadership.

We encourage your in-person participation in the event if it is possible for you!
