Description of the course:

Concept:

• A series of case study practices combined with a short introduction of the necessary theory in 5 sessions
• Covers different case frameworks and business concepts, that are commonly used by Consulting firms in their working and hiring procedure
• Complete beginners or intermediates who are interested in consulting or to try consulting can join.
• Members will have the option to become the next board of the club
• Regular participation will be awarded with a certificate which can be added to your CV.

Structure of each session:

• 10-20 min introduction: structure of a case study, MECE, pyramid principle, core concepts & frameworks necessary to solve the case
• 40 min case study practice
