WELCOME to the ARTEMIs Consortium Meeting in Heidelberg!
The meeting will take place from 01.04. 12:00 till 02.04. 16:00 in Heidelberg, Germany.
Lunch and snacks will be served during both days and we have planned a consortium dinner on the evening of the first day. The dinner will be on self-pay basis. Please indicate if you participate at the meeting, your dietary need and also if you want to attend the dinner.

Venue:
The meeting will take place at the: “BioQuant – Center for Quantitative Analysis of Molecular and Cellular Biosystems”, lecture hall SR041 on the ground floor, Im Neuenheimer Feld 267, 69129 Heidelberg. We reserved additional seminar rooms right next to the lecture hall, which can be used for potential break-out sessions.
Getting to Heidelberg:
The nearest airports to Heidelberg are Frankfurt international (~55 min by train) or Stuttgart international (~1 h 40 min by train).
Accommodation:
We pre-reserved a limited amount of single rooms at the “Ibis Hauptbahnhof Heidelberg” for 100 €/night (including breakfast). Catering and Consortium Dinner:
Lunch as well as snacks and drinks during the coffee breaks will be served for both days at the BioQuant. For the consortium dinner in the evening of the first day we made a pre-reservation at “Brauhaus Vetter´s Alt”, which serves traditional German food like Haxe, Schnitzel or Bratwurst, but also vegetarian and vegan alternatives (https://www.brauhaus-vetter.de/en). The dinner will be on self-pay basis. Please register latest by 14.03. so we can finalize the bookings with the caterer and restaurant respectively.
Social event:
Depending on the weather we will do “sightseeing from afar” by having an evening walk (~1 - 1 ½ hours) after the last session of the first day along the “Philosophenweg”, which offers a great view of the historical old town and the castle of Heidelberg. The walk will end at the restaurant for the consortium dinner.
