It is with great pleasure that we announce the second Heidelberg Interferons Symposium and cordially invite you to join us on July 10th and 11th 2025!
We will have fantastic international as well as local keynote speakers, and many opportunities for you to present your work in a short talk or during the poster session. These will be our three international experts to give keynote lectures:

Alessandra Mortellaro, Milano, Italy Type I Interferons at the Crossroads of Immunity and Hematopoiesis: Implications for Bone Marrow Dysfunction
Nadine Laguette, Montpellier, France Shaping of Innate Immune Responses Through the Crosstalk between DNA Damage Response and DNA sensing pathways
Note that the conference is only open to attendees from the Heidelberg / Mannheim campus, so it will once more be a familial and confidential atmosphere providing the chance to present also unpublished, ongoing work and discuss it with your colleagues. And block the evening of Thursday July 10th in your calendars for a great BBQ dinner!
Please take the time to register for the Symposium and submit an abstract for a short talk or poster. We will let you know whether your abstract was selected for a short talk or poster– should your work be selected for an oral presentation, please feel free to additionally present it as a poster as well, offering more opportunity to discuss.
Registration deadline is June 30th, 2025.
Fee: 90€, which includes full catering during the event and the BBQ dinner.
