- Fri, December 19th 2025: Deadline Call for abstracts (noon). Abstract submission does not automatically register your participation.
- Tue, January 12th 2026: Notification to presenters of talks and posters
- Tue, February 15th 2026: Last Call for registration ETOS 2026 Menu Tab "Registration". You will receive a registration after confirmation
- Tue, February 24th 2026: ETOS 2026 10 am - 19:30 pm
