    • survey of what participants want: good grant writing, challenges, shopping list, discussion
    • 4 laws of communication: lecture disclose memory, 4 laws of communication, introduce ABT
    • Pitching: with feedback rules, elevator pitch, etc.
    • change in perspective: activity using yoga and clockwise to visualize change in perspective
    • worst figure: activity
    • bulletproof figure: interactive lecture on How to produce the bulletproof figure
    • last scientist standing and back 2 back
  • June 23: Turning the story into a project

    • reinitiation activity "work the room" and homework activity (script from June 17)
    • introduction graphical abstracts: comparison or flow, center, colours, left to right, signal to noise
    • drawing graphical
    • pitching graphical (karaoke) and wrapup of graphical abstracts
    • scientific collaboration: interdisciplinary research, "win/win or no deal" (Covey)
    • drawing faces for collaboration
    • creativity tools: interactive lecture with introduction of creativity tools 1-6

  • June 24: "Use it or lose it": Putting it into practice

    Day 3

    • project management interactive lecture: SMART, SWOT, stakeholders, GANTT chart, budgeting, backward
    • stakeholders activity
    • producing a project and presenting the projects (incl. feedback on how project could be improved)
    • how to get funded, how to select the correct funding source, formalism
    • last scientist standing and back 2 back
    • kinesthetic evaluation, feedback and goodbye
    • individual Q&A with interested participants: stay longer to discuss individual points
