Please only register if you are 100% sure that you are really coming or can come. If you register and then cannot come, please let us know at least 6 weeks in advance, otherwise there will be costs.
Each participant must pay the accommodation costs themselves at the hotel and then be reimbursed by their own department via the travel expense report.
Due to capacity, only the group and department heads can receive a single room. Therefore, please indicate the exact position so that I can make the room allocation and, ideally, the person who is to share the double room. Please also indicate whether you have a UKHD contract or a DKFZ contract.
