Changes in reservations and/or cancellations must be made in writing to the conference office (covipa@dkfz-heidelberg.de).
Until 07.04.2025 full reimbursement of the ticket price (minus a € 5 processing fee).
Between 07.04.25 and 05.05.25 a reimbursement of 50% of the ticket price will be made.
After 05.05.25 no reimbursement will be made.
In all cases, however, it is possible to name a substitute participant.
