Privacy notice
By signing up for an event, you agree that your personal data (first name, last name, institution, position, department, date of birth), address and e-mail address will be stored on a DKFZ server for up to 8 weeks after the event end. Your personal data will be collected, processed and stored exclusively for participation in this event. Your data will be deleted as soon as they have served the specified purpose.
You can revoke your consent at any time in writing without giving reasons. Please send your revocation to indico@dkfz-heidelberg.de .
What further rights do you have?
Right to information: You can request information at any time about which images and which data we process about you.
Right of rectification: You have a right of rectification and/or completion if the personal data processed concerning you is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to limitation of processing: You may at any time request that the processing of your personal data be limited.
Right of cancellation: You may at any time request that the personal data concerning your person shall be deleted immediately.
Right to data transfer: You have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to appeal to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the DSGVO.
