We will pre-book rooms based on your registration. Please note that each participant will need to cover the cost of their own room and pay on-site.
If your plans change, just let us know by July 1, 2025 so we can adjust the booking.

Travel
The location is close to Frankfurt am Main.
By train:
Frankfurt centralstation is the nearest major train station. From there, you can take the S-Bahn (S6) towards Friedberg.
- If you prefer a walk, get off at Bad Vilbel Süd. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Dorint Hotel Frankfurt/Bad Vilbel.

If you prefer a bus ride, get off at Bad Vilbel Bahnhof. From there, take Bus 30 or 66 to Bad Vilbel Quellenstraße (approx. 5 min). The hotel is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
By plane:
Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
Public transportation takes around 50 minutes:

take the S8 or S9 (S-Bahn) towards Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (approx. 15 min).

Then transfer to the S6 towards Friedberg and follow the train directions above.
A taxi from the airport takes about 30 minutes.
By car:
Parking is available directly at the hotel (for a fee).
