About the Afternoon Session
In the afternoon, the selection process continues with closed-door interviews between the six shortlisted candidates and the search committee members. Each candidate will have a 30-minute individual session, providing space for in-depth discussions about their scientific profile, project ideas, and future vision. These conversations are designed to complement the morning symposium by allowing the committee to explore candidates’ strategies, fit with the research environment in Freiburg, and potential for developing independent and impactful translational cancer research programs.
