The retreat will be held at the Kurpark Hotel Bad Dürkheim
Hotel & Costs
The retreat itself (participation and meals, transportation) is covered by KiTZ.
Hotel costs must be covered by each participants and could be reimbursed through your department.
Please make sure to apply for your own travel authorization with your institution (DKFZ or UKHD).
Rooms
You can book your room during registration. We kindly ask everyone to choose a double room and indicate a preferred roommate. If you don’t have a preference, we will assign a room partner.
Single rooms are very limited and only available in exceptional cases and at additional cost.
Double room with 2 person: 89€ per person.
Single rooms: 102€ per person
Please note that accommodation costs need to be covered by you and reimbursed via your institution/department. If your plans change, let us know by June 22 so we can cancel in time and avoid cancellation fees.
Transportation
We will provide a bus from DKFZ to Bad Dürkheim on Monday morning and back on Tuesday afternoon. You can indicate during registration if you’d like to use this option.
- Departure: Monday, July 6, 07:15, next to Octapharma (near TP4)
- Return: Tuesday, July 7, 15:00, from Bad Dürkheim to Heidelberg
