We cordially invite you to submit your abstract on cancer prevention research to the 4th International Conference on Cancer Prevention 2024. We are looking forward to receive your contributions to the scientific program!
Abstracts must be submitted via this website by May 17, 2024 (extended to June 3, 2024). Faxed or emailed abstracts cannot be considered.
When submitting your abstract please carefully stick to the abstract submission guidelines to be found here.
Submitters will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt.
Abstract Selection
All abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee based on purpose, scientific content, novelty, relevance, methods, actuality, and language. If a selection is necessary, the diversity of research institutions will be taken into account (i.e. if necessary, we will try to reduce the number of applicants from the same laboratories).
Notification of abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the submitting author by the end of July 2024. We will provide details on how to prepare for the on-site poster presentation or your selected oral presentation in due course.
Some of the submitted abstracts might be selected for a talk by the Scientific Program Committee. Please indicate in the registration form whether you are prepared to give a talk – if selected – or whether you prefer to present a poster.
Poster presenters must attend the poster session in person (virtual posters are not planned) and must register for on-site attendance using the registration form (scheduled to open in June 2024). The participation fee as well as travel and accommodation expenses will not be covered by the DKFZ.
Rapid fire flash talks will be selected from the poster presenters to advertise their poster in 2 min shortly before the poster session.
Speakers invited for a talk within a session will receive all necessary information via e-mail and an invitation to register via the "Invited Speakers" registration form.
