By signing up for an event, you agree that your personal data (first name, last name, institution, position, department, date of birth), address and e-mail address will be stored on a DKFZ server for up to 8 weeks after the event end. Your personal data will be collected, processed and stored exclusively for participation in this event. Your data will not be passed on to third parties nor used for other own purposes unless registration requires a payment. In this case you will be forwarded to the respective site of payment to process your payment (please refer to the user agreements of the respective provider for further information on their privacy regulations and terms of data processing. Your data will be deleted as soon as they have served the specified purpose. You can revoke your consent at any time in writing without giving reasons. Right to data transfer: You have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
