Poster Abstract Submission 

Abstracts can be submitted during the registration process. Abstract submission without registration is not possible.

Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

Please submit your abstract with a maximum of 2500 characters (including spaces) and use the following format for authors:  last name (family name), first name, professional address of author (department/lab, hospital/institute, city, country)
Example: Doe John, German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), Heidelberg, Germany

A scientific committee will review and select posters for the poster sessions and short poster presentations (3 minutes each) during the different sessions.

Extended Deadline for abstract submission: May 9th. 
Abstracts submitted after May 9th can not be considered.

Ticket fee99 € (Includes participation at all sessions, poster session and catering)

Cancelation policy: 

Changes in reservation and/or cancellations must be made in writing to the conference office: iic.symposium@dkfz-heidelberg.de

Until May 23rd a reimbursement of 50% of the ticket fee will be made. After May 23rd no reimbursement will be made.

The Conference will take place on-site in the lecture hall of the DKFZ communication center in Heidelberg, Germany.
