You are invited to the Heidelberg Postdoc Symposium 2024!
Please join us on June 7th, 2024 at the DKFZ Communications Center in Heidelberg, for a full day highlighting Post Docs and their research acheivements. There will be poster sessions and invited short talks with prizes for the best presentations in each format. We encourage submissions from all areas of research. Our keynote speakers will include Dr. Daniel Mertens (AI Tools for Postdoctoral Researchers) whose talk will be tailored to your interests. Coffee breaks, lunch, and a networking dinnner are covered thanks to the support from the DKFZ, DKTK, and a grant from the Health+Life Sciences Alliance.
This event is free of charge and in person at the DKFZ. Hybrid links will be available for the lectures on a case by case basis.

PROGRAM
A final program will be sent out in early June. Our schedule will start at 8:30am with registration and conclude at 18:00 with our networking dinner.
PRESENTATION SUBMISSION
Presentations can be submitted with your registration until 20/05/2024. We will have cash prizes for the top poster presentations and short talks.
VENUE
The Conference will take place in person at the Conference Center of the DKFZ. Directions can be found under the "How to find us" section in the upper left menu.
Participants registering for the virtual participation will be approved on a case by case basis. They will only be able to attend the lecture sessions (via Zoom).
