INFORMATION FOR TALK PRESENTERS
- Your talk will be held at UK Essen Deichmann Auditorium
- 7 minutes presentation + 8 minutes discussion in English. Please do not exceed this limit. Long presentations will be cut off after 15 minutes.
- Please be prepared 15 minutes before your presentation since schedule might differ slightly
- Your talk will be reviewed by the DKTK Faculty via lime survey
- Talk presentation has to be handed in until February 24th 2025 upload site will be announced.

POSTER SESSION
12:15 -14:00 lunch break
15:30 - 17:00 coffee break
POSTER PITCH (1 + 2 minutes) between 12:45 and 13:45. Can you explain your research project in a minute and catch someone's attention?
- Your poster should be presented as an elevator pitch (1 minute presentation) and followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
- A poster pitch consists of following main steps: hook, introduction and set-up/question – introduction of the presenter, hopefully capturing your interest to spark a dialogue.
- Presenters have to be at their poster to defined time slot (to be defined in February).
POSTER REVIEW
- We have reviewer in teams of two and they will be assigned to a room.
- The poster pitch will be reviewed through every reviewer individually with lime survey.
