The Inaugural ISEO Conference will take place at the Heidelberg Congress Center (Czernyring 20, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany)

  

 

Getting to Heidelberg
Heidelberg is easy to reach from major cities in Germany and Europe. The nearest international airport is Frankfurt Airport (FRA), about 80 km away. From there, you can take a direct train to Heidelberg Main Station (approx. 1 hour) or a shuttle service. If you arrive by train, Heidelberg is well-connected to the German Rail (Deutsche Bahn) network, with frequent connections from Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Munich. By car, Heidelberg is conveniently located near the A5 and A6 motorways.

 


Registration is primarily open to the academic audience. Further, we are more than happy to accept registrations from interested stakeholders in the field of cancer research and treatment.

Regular: €390

ISEO Member: €300 (Further information for ISEO membership)

Students*: €150

* Students, trainees, participants from affiliations in low & middle income countries (according to WorldBank economies rating), PhD students

Cancellation Policy

Changes in reservations and/or cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizational team at iseo2026@nct-heidelberg.de.

By January 23rd, 2026:  full reimbursement of the ticket price (minus a € 5 processing fee to cover transaction costs)

Between January 24th and March 31st, 2026: a reimbursement of 50% of the ticket price will be made.

After March 31st, 2026: no reimbursement will be made.

In all cases, however, it is possible to name a substitute participant. Please contact the organization committee for further details.
