The objective is to bring Alumni back to the DKFZ to network with current researchers, at the same time celebrate the cultural diversity of the DKFZ community.

It has long been a DKFZ Alumni tradition to host an annual reception focusing on a specific region for current and former DKFZ employees. Since 2014, we have already focused on India, China, Latin America, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Balkans and Iberian Peninsula. This year’s Alumni West Africa Reception is being organised with the support of DKFZ colleagues & Alumni from some of the countries in West Africa.

Please do register in the coming weeks before the “summer break” as we need to know the number of participants to be able to arrange specialty catering within the budget.
