Participation should preferably comprise the whole program of one week. Depending on availability and capacity of the event location, daily tickets are available as well. The ticket fee comprises access to all parts of the program, food and beverages during the breaks, lunch and dinner, the latter from Monday to Thursday.

Desired days of participation can be indicated in the registration form and must be consecutive.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation prior to 31 July, 2024 the registration fee can be partially reimbursed. Cancellation will be charged as follows:
Cancellation until 19 June 2024: | 10% will be charged |
Cancellation until 21 July 2024: | 60% will be charged |
Cancellation until 30 July 2024: | 80% will be charged |
Cancellation after 30 July 2024: | 100% will be charged (no reimbursement) |
