We have chosen two possible locations for your accommodation.
Please see below two suggestions and also the conditions on booking the room with them. Of course, other accommodations in the surrounding area can also be booked. Feel free to choose the hotel which suits you best.
Please note that the accommodation has to be booked individually by the participants. It is not included in the participation fee. The rooms from the contingent can be booked after you are being accepted for the summer school and the registration fee has been paid. With a unique booking code, which you receive by e-mail after your registration has been completed, you can book a room from the contingent. The booking code does not guarantee room availability. Both offers are valid while stocks last.
Kloster Seeon
The first contingent we have reserved is at the event location itself. A single room can be booked for 99€ per night, including breakfast. The time frame of possible bookings is from 4 to 9 August, 2024. Reserved capacities are available while stocks last or until 22 June 2024 at the latest. After 22 June the hotel will release all rooms from the contingent.

Haus Rufinus
An alternative accommodation is Haus Rufinus that is located just 400m away from the event location Kloster Seeon. We have reserved a contingent of rooms which can be booked while stocks last or until 15 May 2024. After 15 May the hotel will release all rooms from the contingent. The rates are: Single room with balcony 95€/night and a single room without balcony 86€/night both including breakfast. The time frame for possible bookings is from 4 to 9 August, 2024.
