Registration will close on 15 September, 2026
Registration is primarily open to the academic public. Please use your official email address from your research institution for registration. Further, we are happy to accept registrations from interested stakeholders in particular from patient representatives or public foundations in the field of cancer prevention. Should you wish to register as a patient representative please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Regular Ticket: 110 €
On-site attendance includes access to all main sessions, poster session including day catering.
Tickets available here
Live Stream Ticket: 65 €
Virtual attendance includes access to the broadcasted of the main sessions. Please note that this option will not provide an opportunity to present a poster or engage with speakers.

Cancellation Policy
Changes in reservations and/or cancellations must be made in writing to the conference office iccp@dkfz.de.
- by 31st August 2026: full reimbursement of the ticket price (minus a 5 EUR processing fee to cover transaction costs)
- between September 1 - 29, 2026: a reimbursement of 50 % of the ticket price will be made
- after September 30, 2026: no reimbursement will be made.
In all cases, however, it is possible to name a substitute participant. Pleace contact the conference office for further details.
