Poster presentation
Poster presenters must attend the poster session in person and must register for on-site attendance using the registration form. Please note that the registration fee as well as travel and accommodation costs are not covered by the organizers.
Due to the exceptionally high number of excellent abstract submissions, ICCP 2026 will also offer electronic posters (ePosters) as an additional presentation format. ePoster presenters are likewise expected to attend the conference in person and present their work during one of the moderated poster sessions.
Notification of abstract acceptance has been sent to the submitting author. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
If there are any exceptional last-minute changes, for example to author names or affiliations, please let us know no later than 15 August 2026. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any changes after this date.
Selected abstracts may additionally be invited for a short Poster Spotlight presentation. Authors will be contacted separately.
How to prepare for the poster presentation?
Please be prepared to present your work in person during a moderated poster session on either 20 or 21 October 2026. The final schedule will be communicated by mid-September. All accepted abstracts will be published in the digital abstract book.
Printed poster
To ensure a consistent display, please prepare your poster in DIN A0 portrait format (841 × 1189 mm / 33.11 × 46.81 in).
If you have been accepted for a printed poster, you may alternatively choose to present your work as an electronic poster (ePoster). This option may be particularly convenient for participants traveling from abroad. If you would like to switch to an ePoster, please reply to your acceptance email by 27 July 2026. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you will present a printed poster.
Electronic Poster (ePoster)
ePosters should be prepared as:
- One PowerPoint slide (.pptx)
- Widescreen format (16:9)
- Authors are welcome to use the design and branding of their own institution.
- No animations or embedded videos
- High-resolution images only
- Minimum font size: 18 pt
ePosters will be displayed digitally throughout the conference and presented in person during your scheduled moderated poster session. Please note that details on the ePoster submission process and deadlines will follow in mid September.
