Dear friends and colleagues,
It is our immense pleasure to announce that the Registration and Abstract Submission for upcoming WTTC19 is now open. WTTC19 will be organized by German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, Germany from 25.08 - 30.08.2024. Following the nature of WTTC, this WTTC meeting will not only provide personnel around the globe working in the similar field of interest to discuss their current projects and ideas, but also greatly emphasize on the contribution of Students and upcoming young brains. Also, our Industry Partners have made an excellent effort to boost the essence of this Workshop by financially supporting this conference which in turn supports our students. It is an excellent communication channel comprising multi-years experienced pioneers to graduate students. At WTTC19, we hope to emphasize more on students’ contributions and discussion-oriented platform keeping the tradition of WTTC alive. We are quite positive on your planning to attend the WTTC19, 2024 meeting and support our great community with your exciting research and great ideas.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION : Extended Deadline for Applicants of 3 day Hands on Workshop!!!
The overall deadline for abstract submission for WTTC19 is closed now! The notification deadline of Abstract evaluation is been extended. Please refer to section 'Important dates' on www.dkfz.de/wttc19. Each author will get the notification of their Abstract submission status between April 22 -29' 2024.
However, abstracts meant only for poster presentations for WTTC19 are still accepted from applicants who will apply for the 3 day Hands on Workshop in Jülich until all the places are filled. These abstracts must be send only via. Email to wttc19@dkfz.de. You can combine it with Application Package for Summer school. Candidates already summitted Abstract to WTTC19 can also apply to Summer school in Jülich.
Last date to register for 3-day Summer school is: Midnight of Friday, May 31, 2024 CEST. Notification will be sent to all applicants latest by Friday 14th June' 2024
Please use the attached template while preparing your abstract. You will be notified in due time after submission about the status of your application.
For those of you, who already submitted their abstracts: we will notify you in the week of April, 22nd about the reviewers' decision. A preliminary schedule of the WTTC program will be finalized and posted on Website's web page (https://dkfz.de/wttc19) after the selection of oral and poster presentations.
