For the poster presentations, there will be three sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, each of which are split into two parts.
- FLASH Talks: Poster Presenters have the possibility to give a pitch talk on their topic in 1 slide and 2 minutes followed by;
- Poster Walk: Combined with some refreshments, posters can be discussed in an open and amiable atmosphere
Info for the Poster Presenters
- If you do not want to participate in the FLASH Talk session (optional), please let us know at your earliest convenience. Those of you who would like to present their posters during FLASH Talk session, please send us your poster as pdf in portrait DIN format no later than August, 15.
- Posters themselves should be prepared in portrait format and printed in either DIN A0 or ANSI E. These are the sizes, which fit easily on our poster boards. Please bring your posters with yourself or send it via your colleague in case you are unable to come. Pins and/or magnets, respectively, will be provided by us.
- There is no special format for the Poster. Feel free to design the poster in a way that represents your data ideally! Just mind the size of the poster.
- Posters should be mounted on Monday, August 26 and remain up until after the last poster session on Thursday, August 29. We kindly ask you to remove your poster latest on Friday otherwise they will be discarded after the end of the conference on Friday. The organizers won't bear any responsibility whatsoever.
